April 26, 1986, Stepanavan, Armenia
Education
After studying at Lori Berd village school in Lori, he graduated from Stepanavan School N1 in 2003 and entered the YSU Faculty of History.
In 2011 he graduated with honors from YSU Faculty of History, Master’s Degree received․
In 2012-2016 studied at St. Petersburg State University, Postgraduate course.

Work Experience
2010-2016 - High School N54, Yerevan, history teacher
2011 - Quantum College, teacher
2017 -The Council of Elders of Yerevan, expert from Yelk faction
On April 2, 2017 was nominated a candidate for parliamentary elections from Yelk Alliance in constituency N9 in Lori Marz
March 31, 2018, with a group of activists, he initiated the My Step movement, which resulted in a Velvet revolution in Armenia
Since May 11, 2018, RA Minister of Territorial Administration and Development

2009-2011 - Chairman of the Student Scientific Society of YSU Faculty of History
For excellent academic achievement, he was awarded Tatul Krpeyan nominal scholarship․
2011 - YSU Student Council’s silver medal awarded
2016 – Garegin Nzhdeh Medal of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia awarded. He is a founding member of the Civil Contract Party
October 30, 2016, member of the Board of Civil Contract Party.
Deputy chair of the Board of the “Civil Contract” party.
